Notes and resources to make best use of our time together.

​
1. Please be seated in a quiet, comfortable, private place for your appointment.
​
2. Give yourself at least five minutes before our session for your nervous system to settle. I recommend applying the Quick Coherence (at the bottom of the page) or a breathing technique of your own.
​
3. Plan to give yourself at least 10 minutes of time after our session for self care. Often resting, walking, or some form of creative process is helpful.
