YOU want to live a beautiful, inspired life. But there are parts of you that WANT to be small, stuck, sick, and miserable. It’s the Upper Limit Problem.


The Three Doubts


That’s because YOU are only 5% conscious. The other 95% is in the body where we all have bound limiting beliefs from old trauma, undigested emotions, and chronic stress. They form a glass ceiling that we bump up against every time we feel limitless - reach radical inspiration, touch true peace, lavishly in love with life. 


These limiting beliefs will appear in the form of a body sensation and a voice in your head that steals you right out of the experience. It looks like this: 


“I can’t possibly deserve to fully enjoy this right now because…


  1. I have to do something.

  2. There’s not enough ____.

  3. Something is wrong.


It only takes two minutes to rewrite the script


The solution? Acknowledge that voice. Feel the sensation in your body that is underneath it. Then turn your awareness to savoring and amplifying the feeling of the limitless emotion. Intentionally do this for two minutes, then continue on your day.


Emotions are physiologically represented in the body as a flood of chemicals that change your state, rewire your brain, and alter your DNA expression. They only last for seconds to minutes. Every time you disinvest from that old doubt, you reclaim the energy that’s bound up in it. Then by savoring and amplifying the limitless emotion, you retrain your body and mind to be congruent with that frequency of thriving.


It may feel like an eternity experientially, but in clock time it takes no more than two minutes.

Commit to this practice on a daily basis and you will experience radical shifts in your internal world.


All it demands is that you have the courage to take full responsibility for your present experience and the audacity to trust in your greatness.
