Hi, I’m Dr. Kent. I’m a remote chiropractor using kinesiology to help clients release trauma, reclaim energy, and restore their lives. Trauma bound in our bodies keeps us perpetually in stress, and when we’re in stress nothing works. Eventually it manifests as physical conditions, repeated stress patterns, and limiting beliefs. If you’re ready to heal the root cause behind your pain and then check my website and book a free discovery call here.

Loosening expectations lets the beauty of life in.

I was chatting with my dear friend Matt last week about parenting—me with my puppy, him with his young daughter. Puppies can be frustrating—my schedule bends constantly to this wild little soul. I asked Matt if surrendering to his daughter’s chaos ever felt hard. His answer melted me.

“No, because I realize whatever she brings is way better than whatever I had planned.”

If life followed our scripts, it’d be dull and flat. Like Matt’s little girl shaking up his day, frustration opens us to something greater.

Frustration: Energy for Transformation

Frustration heats up when life doesn’t line up with our plans — things take longer than we’d like, interruptions mount, people don’t behave as we want them to. It’s friction, and friction is energy.

What do we do with it?

Fight it, and we’re trapped. As a remote chiropractor, I see this daily. This is how undigested emotions, chronic stress, and limiting beliefs get built up in the subconscious.

But if we welcome it, we transform.

We’re mostly on autopilot—our thoughts, actions, and feelings replaying patterns wired into our nervous systems. The friction of frustration? It’s just bound stress and trauma being reflecting back. But here’s the gift: when we release trauma, that energy returns, bringing health and freedom. That’s what my work at Clarity is all about; I help people heal trauma and stress remotely so they can be lighter and freer.

That’s what frustration is asking. “Do you want to be right, or free?” It’s a friend nudging us to realign with bigger goals and reshape our neurology for clarity and purpose.

The Gateway to Neuroplasticity

Frustration primes our brains to shift. (Huberman has a deep dive here.) It combines attention (acetylcholine), arousal (epinephrine), and a goal (dopamine) together. React with blame or anger, and we strengthen those patterns—doubling down on feeling stuck.

But when you step back and say, “Wow, frustration’s here. Interesting!” That energy that was spent blaming returns back to you. Subconscious healing and remote stress release gives us the ability to do that more easily and more often so that we rewire for flexibility and wonder. That’s sweeter than clinging to plans. Subconscious reprogramming helps clients clear limiting beliefs online and soften into life’s flow.

Frustration as a Playful Guide

We need frustration. No friction, no growth. No growth, and we’re asleep. It’s not the enemy—it’s a playful child asking us to let go. At Clarity with Dr. Kent, I guide people to release trauma remotely and find purpose with remote healing. It’s how we turn friction into freedom.

Soften your grip, my friend. Let frustration gift you something greater.

In frequent frustration,

Dr. Kent
