Meet Tom (name changed for privacy), a passionate runner whose training was sidelined by a chronic ankle injury. His wife, a long-time client of mine, had a feeling something deeper was going on. She’d experienced her own physical and emotional breakthroughs with subconscious healing, so she nudged him to try something different. Tom wasn’t an “emotional guy,” but he was open to try. He was really glad he did.

A Chronic Injury That Wouldn’t Budge

Tom’s ankle had been a problem for months. It wasn’t just that it hurt, it was that it was keeping him from doing something that made him feel alive.
