Hi, I’m Dr. Kent. I’m a remote chiropractor using kinesiology to help clients release trauma, reclaim energy, and restore their lives. Trauma bound in our bodies keeps us perpetually in stress, and when we’re in stress nothing works. Eventually it manifests as physical conditions, repeated stress patterns, and limiting beliefs. If you’re ready to heal the root cause behind your pain and then check my website and book a free discovery call here.

You don't have to try to love a puppy.
You don't have to try to love a puppy.

“You don’t have to try so hard,” he muttered to me flatly, almost to himself.

Casey, my Ashtanga teacher, expertly rotated my forward arm and nudged my lead leg into place during extended side angle pose—a posture I’d held for thousands of breaths. Back in Orange County’s “city yoga” days, I pushed myself to grind harder: deeper knee bends, more sweat, feel the burn. But Casey just adjusted me and moved on. In yoga as in life, I’m learning we simply don’t have to effort so much.

It’s ironic. Ashtanga, this fierce, physically demanding practice, keeps teaching me to release trauma by doing less. “This practice will fuck you up if you take it too hard,” my teacher warned. As a meditator, dancer, city dweller, and remote chiropractor, I see it inside and out. It’s the trying holding us back, not the lack of it.

It’s wild to feel this—not just think it. The less I push in my practice, the more my body unwinds. The more I show up as a human and not a magic chiropractor for stress relief, the more I see trauma healing, emotional release, subconscious reprogramming all happen naturally. It makes me wonder: where else is effort quietly defeating us?

Healing Is Not About Effort

Healing isn’t about force—it’s an unlearning, an unwinding. We obsess over perfect diets, yet fasting heals while we rest. We pause, and our bodies conspire toward wholeness while the universe spins on. Truly, we don’t have to try so hard. That stress and trauma release? It’s already in us, waiting.

This “trying” gets wired into our nervous systems, making it tough to relax even when we want to. That’s why I’m passionate about subconscious healing through nervous system-based chiropractic. With Clarity, I help people release trauma remotely — no grinding required. It’s humbling to guide clients to clear limiting beliefs online and watch them soften into freer, happier lives.

Let It Be Easy

How do you heal trauma and stress remotely? First, you stop pushing so hard. Whether it’s remote emotional release or subconscious reprogramming online, the technology I offer as a remote chiropractor is about unwinding through awareness and acceptance, not force. Want to stop feeling stuck? Reconnect with purpose? It starts with less effort, not more.

I pray you too can try less and receive more. Let it be easy, my friend.

In ease,

Dr. Kent
